This Cookies Policy explains how AICM Media Group LLC (“AICMonitor”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on aicmonitor.net and the weekly bulletin (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device to remember information about you. “Similar technologies” includes local storage, session storage, pixel tags, SDKs and device fingerprinting. In this policy we use the term “cookies” for all of them.

We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. Social media “share” buttons on essay pages load their scripts only after you click them.
§ 3Managing cookies
When you first visit the Service you are presented with a consent banner. You can accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies or customise your preferences. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage (specifically the aicm_cookies_ok key in localStorage) or by clicking “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page.
Most browsers also allow you to disable cookies altogether or to delete existing cookies. Please check your browser’s help pages for instructions. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
§ 4Do-Not-Track & Global Privacy Control
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When GPC is detected we do not load analytics cookies and we treat your visit as “opt-out of sale/share” for CCPA/CPRA purposes, even though we do not sell or share data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
